1. Who we are
Flendy runs a performance-based creator marketing platform: brands brief creators, creators post short videos, and brands pay at a published rate for the verified views those posts get. These terms apply to everyone who uses flendy.co. Creators also agree to the creator terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to run a campaign. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
3. Campaigns and pricing
- Each campaign has a view target and a rate per 1,000 verified views, shown before you pay. The smallest campaign is ₦250,000.
- You pay the full campaign price up front. We hold it and spend it only as verified views are delivered.
- A campaign closes when it reaches its target or its end date. Views past the target are free.
- If we deliver fewer verified views than you paid for, the difference becomes Flendy credit, or a refund to your original payment method if you ask within 30 days of the campaign ending.
4. Verified views
A verified view is one reported by the platform for a post from a creator’s connected account that has passed our checks. Our methodology is published at flendy.co/verified. Our count is final for billing, and you can see every post and its numbers in your dashboard.
5. Your brief and content
You’re responsible for your brief, product claims and any assets you upload, and for having the rights to them. Don’t ask creators to make claims you can’t back up. Creators keep ownership of their posts. You may share, embed and link to campaign posts. Running them as paid ads needs the creator’s code through ad whitelisting.
6. What’s not allowed
- Promoting anything illegal in Nigeria, or gambling, adult content, weapons or unlicensed financial products.
- Paying or contacting creators to get around Flendy for a campaign that started here.
- Trying to interfere with how views are counted.
7. Ending things
You can cancel a live campaign at any time. The budget for views not yet delivered becomes credit. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
8. Liability
We work hard to deliver every campaign, but we can’t promise sales or any result beyond verified views. Our total liability for a campaign is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
9. Changes and law
We’ll give you notice by email before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
